First let me say that I have worked on this boat making many improvements such as a new 21 gallon fuel tank and has standard features such as 26 gallon fresh water,16 gallon black water tank with new macerator pump. The hull is solid with no bubbles or cracks on the outside or the inside. There is some minor checking on the cowl in front of the hatch but is pretty minor. The mainsail was replaced in 2014 and is like new as is the genoa. The genoa comes with a whisker pole to rig it for pretty heavy downwind sailing. The spinnaker is about 10 years old and has some wear around the edges but is solid with no tears or rips. The chartplotter is a combo garmin GPS 840XS with blue chart G2 vision HD card from New Orleans to Tampa chart. It is also a sonar with a garmin GT 15M-IH inhull transponder for a good clear vision of what you can see with the transponder mounted up front. Also the Garmin includes radar with a 18 XHD radar dome mounted on a 16 foot aluminum pole on the starboard side near the back of the boat.Radio is a standard horizon GX 1270S transceiver with a satellite microphone for use in the cockpit.Sound is from a Jensen MCD 5050 am/fm/cd marine radio and player.31 inch TV mounted on the wall with a swivel mount for easy viewing. The V berth has 8 inch memory foam mattress and the port side couch folds out into a double bed while the starboard side couch can sleep one.To keep cool and warm the boat has a marvaire 12,000 btu heat pump.I also have a raymarine… ST 4000+auto pilot with a new screen on the control and a brand new wheel controller.I installed a new rudder since the one that came with it had some rock pox on it.The diesel engine is a yanmar 2GM20F fresh water cooled with a hot water manifold to help the 6 gallon water heater out.It has a dripless drive shaft bearing so no worry about a shaft packing leaking every year. The bottom was sanded down and primed with 3 coats of primacon primer topped with 4 coats heavy copper interlux ultra-kote severe fouling paint. The floor in the stateroom is 3/4 inch thick teak wood left natural. Also 2 anchors with 40 feet of rode on the 16 pounder along with 30 feet of rope. The 13 pound anchor has about 20 feet rode with 20 feet rope. For winding lines it has 4 winches 2 self tailing and two regular winches. My sailboat has some scratches and scrapes on the topside but nothing that would prevent you from provisioning up and sailing away.I worked on this boat for 3 years and me and my wife were planing on going to Key West but her health is not real good and I can’t get away anymore and my 68 year old hands and the rest of me don’t work as good as I would like.I have spent more in improvements and upgrades than I paid for the mostly bare boat in 2016.You will be getting a good deal on my sailboat.Thank you for looking at my ad and the boat is moored in Demopolis,Alabama and it’s at mile marker 217 so I could be in mobile bay in 3 days and then you can go east or west. The boat also has 2 100 watt solar panels and 2 950 amp hour brand new house batteries and a new this summer engine starting battery. For refrigeration it has an icebox that is converted to a 12 conversion kit which provides about 200 pounds of food storage and a 9 cubic foot refrigerator with a small freezer up in the top.I just dropped the price to $18,000 or best serious offer.
