This Birchwood motor yacht is being offered for sale with ample space for 6 to 8 for a day cruising in company, with good accommodation for a family of 6 when sleeping aboard. Because this Birchwood 33 also has the large aft cabin and enclosed cockpit saloon with a Diesel fired warm air heating system throughout, it lends itself very well to being a live aboard, as well as trouble free long distance cruising.

Cockpit & Deck Saloon
The cockpit benefits a hardtop with fixed glazed sun roof and radar arch. As a cockpit / saloon space it is fully canvas and screen enclosed area, You can roll up or remove all canvas for those nice days on the water.
To starboard you find the helm station with Wheel steering throttle controls, Pilot chair with arm rests height adjust and separate foot rest, forward of the helm there is a Deep Dash board giving a good space for chart work.
To port there is a large C shaped seating area with a small pedestal table.

Main Saloon and Galley
The main saloon consists of a large dinette to port with convertible table making a double berth.
To starboard there is a door to the Main Heads.
Moving forward along the starboard side:
The galley is L shaped consisting of a number of low level lockers, an integrated Sink Hob Drainer unit, there are hinge down cover work tops that cover all or part of the hob drainer combo, as required. Above and set behind under the side deck there are 3 display shelving lockers for glassware etc. the fridge is located opposite under the dinette.
Forward there is a half height bulkhead this is made up of the dinette seat back, to port and the end of the galley units on the starboard side.

The V-berth is partly under the foredeck giving head room light and space to sit up at the main cabin end of each bunk. there are also seatback cushions that run both side into the end of the V allowing the young and small to slumber in any position they like.
