Beta Marine was formed in 1987 by four marine engineers who brought to the company, a combined total of over 70 years’ experience in the design, manufacture and marketing of marine diesel propulsion engines and generating sets.

Since then, our company has built its renowned reputation on over 33 years of customer centered focus, listening to maritime propulsion or power needs and providing value solutions.

Our support covers advice in the planning stage of installing a new propulsion engine or generating set, through to after sales service and warranty support on an international basis.

Our company strives to continue to build our reputation with all our customers be they end users, dealers, international distributors or boat builders and our mission is simply to capture, retain and service your valued custom throughout our product’s natural life cycle.

The combined experience of our dedicated seagoing, inland waterway and generating set teams working with our dealer / distributor network who are supported by a state of the art computer aided design system have enabled us to successfully install over 43,000 power units.
