This is a fin keel version with 2 double cabins outside the saloon. Presented in good condition with good teak decks. Recent standing rigging and copper coated. Well worth an inspection. The interior layout offers seven berths with two sleeping cabins separate from the main accommodation with good headroom and plenty of ventilation throughout.  Forward cabin with good sized double berth with infill, hanging locker and opening hatch.  Saloon, with C-shaped settee berth to starboard with infill to create double berth, large folding dining table and settee berth to port with chart table at aft end.  Galley to port with two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill, stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressurised water system (heater via engine and immersion heater) with 300 litres freshwater capacity and large top opening 12 volt refrigerator. Separate heads compartment with marine toilet, shower and washbasin. Single aft cabin with large double berths and hanging lockers. 
Mechanical Systems
Year 2001, Volvo Penta MD2030D three cylinder 30hp inboard diesel engine with electric start, single lever control and freshwater cooling via heat exchanger. Ignition panel at pedestal with rev counter, hour meter and fuel gauge. Shaft drive to three bladed propeller. 72 litres fuel capacity in plastic tank. 5 knots cruising speed and maximum speed under power 6 knots. New water pump and throttle cables 2019.  New cutless bearing 2021.  New rudder bearings and steering mechanism serviced 2021.

Spars & Sails
Masthead rigged bermudan sloop.  Silver anodised aluminium deck stepped mast and boom by Z Diffusion, 2001.  Spinnaker pole. Rod kicker. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2013. Terylene running rigging (changed when necessary). Slab reefed mainsail with stackpack.  Facnor headsail furling system.  Two Lewmar 30 self tailing sheet winches.  Lewmar 30 & 14 self tailing halyard winches on the coachroof. Lines led aft to jammers on coach roof. Spinnaker running gear with halyard, pole, up-haul, sheets. Kicker and out haul led aft to cockpit. Mainsail – Kemp – 2010  Furling Genoa – Suffolk Sails  – 2019

Construction
Built in 2001 by Beneteau to a design by Groupe Finot. White GRP hull with blue style stripes and alloy toe rails.  White GRP superstructure with teak laid decks in good condition. Cast iron fin keel.  Wheel steering with spade hung rudder.  Aft self draining cockpit with teak cockpit seats and transom step.  Self draining anchor locker. Sugar scoop stern with opening gate and removable helm seat for good access. There is no anchor windlass but wiring for a replacement is in place.
